William came and took care of several small jobs at our house this week. He did a great job on everything, but we were especially impressed with the additional shelves he added in our console. He built the shelves and did an amazing job of matching the paint on the new shelves to the piece. He worked quickly and cleaned up before he left. It's tough to find a good handyman, but we hit the jackpot with Hands you demand! From the very beginning, Tee, the project manager was wonderful to work with. He was open and upfront about the work to be done, and cost of the work leaving us with no surprises. Tee was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and thorough in his communication with us, and he team did most of the work while we were away. They were respectful of our home, and our condo HOA rules, and Tee kept me updated often with photos and videos. Any time there was an issue, he was quick to resolve it and make sure our project was exactly what we wanted. We had them extend a wall and add a door to our son's room in our loft style condo, and refresh some bathrooms. The drywall work to extend the walls was seamless - we can't even tell where the new wall begins and old wall ends! Before the large project began, we had some water damage in a ceiling that was a more immediate concern and Tee got us into the schedule quickly to address a time sensitive issue and did a great job. Since the large project, we just had them back a third time to repair a broken cabinet hinge and hang some large shelves and pictures and again the work and the whole experience was great!
