Tee and his team at "Hands you Demand" are a delight to work with. They have done multiple jobs for me over the years, from installing a new granite kitchen countertops and backsplash tile work to handyman work like installing shelves and hanging large paintings, all the way to large projects like an entire kitchen remodel and flooring installations, painting, etc. They are excellent at communicating all job related items/timelines and have always given me excellent prices for the work they do. I highly recommend Hands You Demand for any and all contructions jobs, wheather small or large, they do great work everytime!

William came and took care of several small jobs at our house this week. He did a great job on everything, but we were especially impressed with the additional shelves he added in our console. He built the shelves and did an amazing job of matching the paint on the new shelves to the piece. He worked quickly and cleaned up before he left. We will definitely be calling again!

All around great experience! It's tough to find a good handyman, but we hit the jackpot with Hands you demand! From the very beginning, Tee, the project manager was wonderful to work with. He was open and upfront about the work to be done, and cost of the work leaving us with no surprises. Tee was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and thorough in his communication with us, and he team did most of the work while we were away. They were respectful of our home, and our condo HOA rules, and Tee kept me updated often with photos and videos. Any time there was an issue, he was quick to resolve it and make sure our project was exactly what we wanted. We had them extend a wall and add a door to our son's room in our loft style condo, and refresh some bathrooms. The drywall work to extend the walls was seamless - we can't even tell where the new wall begins and old wall ends! Before the large project began, we had some water damage in a ceiling that was a more immediate concern and Tee got us into the schedule quickly to address a time sensitive issue and did a great job. Since the large project, we just had them back a third time to repair a broken cabinet hinge and hang some large shelves and pictures and again the work and the whole experience was great! It's great to have a company you trust only a phone call away when a need arises, and Hands You Demand is our go to!

Tee is very knowledgeable and met with me to discuss replacing our sliding glass doors, which one of our dogs had broken. Very reasonable price and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

I found hands you demand via a google search after a previous company were very unresponsive when I needed a quote and plumbing fixtures changed. Hands you demand responded promptly and gave me a reasonable quote for the desired work. Within a week, my fixtures were changed and Tee was very professional and kept me updated every stage of the process. I will definitely be using them for future projects.
