I learned about Hands You Demand when I came out of Ace Hardware and saw their office next door. Regretfully my husband and I are not handy people. I have called on “Hands You Demand” several times. Once to go to my rental house and remove branches after a bad rain. They needed to be moved to the street and cut down to size to be picked up. They did a wonderful, quick job on this. Then my husband broke one of our paddle fans. As usual, he thinks he can (or at least wants to try) to fix it. I just called “Hands You Demand” to help us out. They were here within a short amount of time. Not only did they replace it, but they were able to show my husband why the fan could not be fixed. We kept smelling something but couldn’t figure out what it was. “Hands You Demand” went under the house and located a cast iron pipe that had corroded collapsed, and was “leaking dirty water”. Again we knew we had a problem, but didn’t know the extent of it or how to address it until “Hands You Demand” showed up. Next, we have had trouble with the commodes and our “water bill”. We kept hearing a noise but couldn’t find it. They found it, made the necessary repairs, which were badly needed. They checked the other commodes for us, told us what we needed to get and then came out and fixed/improved them. Again, we didn’t know we needed these and are so glad to get them fixed. One of the things I really like, is that “Hands You Demand” spend time showing you the old “broken part” and educate you as to what happened and why you need to get it fixed. They are wonderful about contacting you and letting you know when they are on their way. They are efficient, know what to do, and get it done. This is a relationship we are thrilled to have made and are sure we will continue to use “Hands You Demand” in the future.
